Work one-on-one with one of our coaches to learn the movements found in our programming. Over three sessions, we cover foundational functional movements, gymnastics and olympic weightlifting components. These sessions make for a safe and effective introduction to group class, and are required for new members with little to no experience. Includes additional session for move assessment. After completion of this program you will be eligible for a Free Week Trial of our Group Functional Fitness classes.
